Job Summary
Director of Client Results (Manager of Pre-suit) leads intake onboarding, coordinates with insurance adjusters and healthcare providers, collects and organizes evidence, and guides clients from initial contact through pre-lawsuit stages. Responsibilities include tracking marketing metrics, opening cases, managing document scanning and storage, training team members on software and file management, coaching staff, maintaining clear communications with clients, insurance companies, medical providers and lien holders, ensuring timely settlements and lien payments, and guiding potential litigation when appropriate. Requires an Associates degree in paralegal studies or equivalent experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Honey, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Slack.
