Job Summary
The Director of Client Relations will lead and develop a Territory Sales Team, manage a team of B2B Client Relationship Managers, and drive performance and accountability. This role includes motivating the team, coaching in sales strategies, and driving growth through new business development and account expansion. Responsibilities also include representing the company as a brand ambassador, creating and executing a business plan for profitable growth, and collaborating with supplier representatives to enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B outside sales success
- Experience managing and growing an outside B2B sales team
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Industry experience not required—we hire for potential and performance
