Job Summary
We seek a Director of Client Development – Design‐Build & EPC for Life Sciences to lead and execute large‐scale capital programs exceeding $100M, with a focus on securing bookings, shaping commercial strategy, and ensuring delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the design‐build, EPC, or integrated architecture/engineering/construction environments, specifically within life sciences manufacturing. Responsibilities include aligning client investments with operational objectives, leading pursuit strategy, engaging with executive stakeholders, and managing internal teams for integrated solutions. Success is defined by secured bookings, profitable project delivery, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years leading and delivering capital programs for manufacturing clients in a design‐build, EPC, or integrated A/E/C environment
- Deep understanding of life sciences manufacturing operations
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Ownership of commercial outcomes and delivery risk within a DB/EPC model
- Executive‐level communication skills
