Job Summary
The Director of Client Development is responsible for building, securing, and executing large-scale capital programs ($100M+) specifically within the food and beverage manufacturing sector. This role entails managing bookings targets, pricing strategies, and commercial positioning for design-build (DB) and engineer-procure-construct (EPC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading and delivering manufacturing capital programs, particularly in regulated production environments, while also demonstrating strong leadership in multidisciplinary teams that focus on operational readiness and compliance with safety standards. Success metrics include secured bookings, delivering multi-project capital programs profitably, and maintaining executive-level client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years leading and delivering capital programs for manufacturing clients
- Deep understanding of food manufacturing operations
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Experience working in quality-driven and regulated environments
- Executive-level communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
- MBA a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
