Job Summary

Establish overall strategy and manage execution for all USMA class gift campaigns, leading a five-member team to achieve annual goals for cash receipts, new pledges, and alumni participation. Serve as primary fundraising advisor for reunion classes, developing strategies that align philanthropic interests with Academy priorities while collaborating with Major & Leadership Gift Officers, Annual Giving, Communications, and Academy leadership. Oversee the First-Class Gift Program to educate cadets on philanthropy and lifelong engagement. Manage departmental operating budgets and establish priorities within a fast-paced environment. Incumbent must live within commuting distance of West Point.

  • Eight to ten years of progressively responsible fundraising, advancement, nonprofit leadership, or related management experience
  • Must live within commuting distance of West Point
