Job Summary
Lead the Children Services department by developing, implementing, and supervising programs for Early Intervention, the First Steps Provider Network, and Summer Camp. Assess community needs to expand services, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with licensing, funding, and accreditation standards. Select, supervise, and evaluate staff while establishing performance objectives and outcome measurement systems. Manage annual budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and collaborate with leadership to align operations with the agency mission. Maintain all required certifications and attend committee activities. Full-time, exempt role with Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and one (1) year of administrative experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional and/or administrative experience in a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of vehicle liability insurance
- Completion of all required agency, CARF, BQIS, licensing, funding, and other regulatory trainings
- Human Rights training
- Individual Support Plans training
- Seizures training
- Medication Administration training
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Bloodborne Pathogens certification
