Job Summary
Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Children and Family Services program; oversee budget development and financial reviews; align activities with mission, strategy, and funding requirements; build and maintain partnerships with funders and government agencies; recruit, hire, and develop staff; ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget; educate the community about services offered; supervise multiple programs and ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting VOASELA’s standards; requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and program development skills; travel up to 25% for local engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree level in social service field and/or five years’ experience working with youth.
