Director of Channel Sales & Partnerships

Job Summary
Director-level leadership role focused on building and scaling GRUBBRR's channel partner program. Responsible for developing the overall channel strategy, recruiting and onboarding new partners (VARs, POS dealers, payment providers, systems integrators, referral partners, and strategic technology partners), enabling partners to position, sell, deploy, and support GRUBBRR solutions, and driving partner-generated revenue growth. Owns partner governance, enablement frameworks, co-selling motions, and quarterly business reviews; collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to forecast pipeline and measure ROI. Requires a proven track record in developing scalable partner programs, negotiating agreements, managing revenue targets, and thriving in a fast-growing technology environment with travel up to 40% and presence in Boca Raton, FL as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or indirect sales
- 3+ years building, scaling, or leading channel programs within technology, SaaS, POS, payments, hospitality technology, retail technology, or related industries
- Demonstrated success recruiting and growing reseller, VAR, referral, or strategic partner networks
- Experience carrying, influencing, or managing revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel up to 40% including to our offices in Boca Raton, FL regularly if the candidate is remote
