Job Summary
Develop and implement census growth strategies across multiple nursing facilities to maximize professional relationships and referrals. Collaborate with Operations and Clinical leadership to plan growth, analyze census trends, and align business initiatives with organizational financial goals. Build strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and healthcare partners while serving as a key liaison between facilities and external stakeholders. Provide leadership to business development and facility-based teams, oversee the Central Admissions department, and deliver presentations on performance metrics. Ensure admission policies align with organizational goals and support resident census growth through specialty programming and value-driven initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- English proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience using Word, Excel, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Time management and organizational skills
- PointClickCare experience preferred
