Director of Catering & Conference Services responsible for the overall leadership, commercial performance, and operational excellence of the catering and conference services department. Oversees strategy, revenue growth, team performance, client satisfaction, and cross-functional execution while ensuring the hotel delivers exceptional meetings, events, and catered experiences. Leads the catering & conference services operation with accountability for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, drives proactive business development across corporate, association, social, wedding, and local market segments, coaches the Catering & Conference Services team, manages the client journey from inquiry to event execution and follow-up, serves as senior point of contact for VIP clients and high-profile events, oversees budgeting and financial performance, and partners with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, and Food & Beverage to maximize hotel revenue.
