Job Summary

Lead the Case Management program by planning, implementing, and evaluating best practice services for individuals living with HIV. Hire and supervise Clinical Supervisors, monitor their professional practice, and assist them in overseeing Case Management staff. Serve as a liaison for funders and partners, participating in outreach to develop new partnerships. Review and interpret budgets, grant documents, and regulations while preparing workplans, grant applications, and compliance reports. Develop documentation systems, coordinate data collection, and utilize data to assess service delivery efficacy. Assist with staff education, training, and Continuous Quality Improvement activities. Represent Caracole at local and state conferences. This hybrid, full-time role operates 9-5 M-F with a salary of $86,500-$93,000 based on licensure and experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Three to five years of managerial and/or supervisory experience in social services and/or public health
