Job Summary
Director of Case Law AI-Driven Content responsible for defining and leading editorial and SME teams delivering AI-enabled case law content initiatives across multiple streams and regions. Lead roadmaps for AI case law initiatives from concept to production, partner with Product/Tech/Data Science, ensure AI-generated content meets legal editorial standards, govern AI content with human-in-the-loop reviews, and communicate with senior leaders on strategy, risks, and wins. Strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership, editorial quality, governance, and advancing AI capabilities in legal publishing. Requires bachelor's degree and 8+ years in legal content/editorial roles with 5+ years of people management; familiarity with AI technologies (LLMs, NLP) and ability to work across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Studies in legal or JD preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience in legal content, legal workflows, publishing, product, or editorial roles with 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience leading AI-enabled or automation-driven content initiatives.
- Strong understanding of case law content, legal research workflows, and editorial standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Working knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
