Director of Career Services

Directs a high-performing Career Services team focused on graduate employment, employer partnership development, student career readiness, and compliance with accreditation requirements. The Director coaches staff, manages performance, and can step into frontline career services advisor work. Responsibilities include licensure initiative oversight across VNPN and RN programs, regulatory applications preparation/submission, employment outcomes tracking, employer engagement to expand externship-to-hire and direct-hire opportunities, data-driven performance management, and collaboration with academic leadership and campus operations. The role requires on-site collaboration up to five days per week, strong leadership and operational discipline, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Strong business development, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is willingness to learn and perform Career Services Advisor duties when needed.
