Job Summary
Lead and manage all clinical programs and nursing/personal care services, including registered nursing staff, practical nurses, and personal support workers. Ensure resident care plans are developed, implemented, reviewed, and revised in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements under the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021. Recruit, schedule, and supervise nursing staff to meet required staffing levels and skill mix while overseeing clinical quality improvement, infection prevention, medication management, and wound care. Act as the clinical representative for resident/family council meetings and respond to clinical concerns in accordance with Ministry requirements. Maintain accurate clinical records, support audits, and ensure compliance with all legislative obligations. Full-time position with shift work and on-call responsibility for clinical matters.
Required Qualifications
