Director of Cardiovascular Services - Sanford NC

Organize, direct, and supervise the Cardiovascular Service line, including operational oversight of the Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Vascular, and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Manage policy adherence, safe staffing, supply levels, and patient throughput while developing and managing the department budget. Lead ongoing quality improvement initiatives, staff professional development, and annual competency assurance. Communicate critical information to the CNO and administrative team. Maintain personal professional growth and required licensure. Requires a Bachelor's degree, NC RN registration, 3-5 years supervisory experience in a Cardiac Cath lab setting, and 5+ years as a Cardiac Cath Lab RN. BLS required within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days of hire.
