Job Summary

Direct the daily operations of the Cardiovascular Laboratory, EKG, Echocardiography, and related departments, overseeing administrative, fiscal, and clinical functions to ensure high-quality patient care. Manage inventory, analyze financial data to align with budgetary goals, and maintain the charge master for accurate billing. Lead staff through performance evaluations, goal setting, and professional development while scheduling resources effectively. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory bodies, and accreditation processes through audits and quality control practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve operational challenges and implement new technologies for efficiency. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to all policies and standards. Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
  • RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist required
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support required
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required
  • Seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice Act

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively with others, delegate responsibilities, and independently manage tasks while meeting established deadlines
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • In depth knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance (if applicable)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms, healthcare software systems, and data analysis tools
