Job Summary
Director of Capital Funds responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing modernization, capital improvements, and development initiatives for the housing portfolio; supervises staff, prioritizes projects, develops budgets, evaluates modernization needs, and expands development services while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effective delivery of capital projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management, capital planning, or housing development
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing development regulations; project management methods; contract evaluation and procurement processes
