Job Summary
Director of Campus Operations at YES Prep will lead and manage most non-instructional functions at a campus, including enrollment campaigns within a 3-mile radius, attendance/ADA targets, safety and security operations, budget/performance monitoring, master scheduling, and procurement. The role requires building relationships with families and community, guiding campus events, overseeing a small operations team (receptionist, registrar, operations coordinators, CMA, Athletics Director), and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and district policies. Must have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of leadership experience in operations or school settings; strong data analysis, budgeting, vendor management, and bilingual Spanish abilities are considered a plus. Compensation is a salaried exempt position with benefits, based in Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution required
- 3-5 years of experience in business, operational, or school-based leadership roles
- Proven expertise in managing systems, budgets, and team performance
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging technology to optimize processes
- Proven ability to lead large-scale operational initiatives and meet ambitious goals
