Job Summary
Direct and oversee Keshet's recreation and camp programs, leading program staff, coordinating services across camp, school, and recreation initiatives, and serving as a primary community ambassador. Develop and manage budgets, set long-term goals, establish evaluation frameworks, ensure compliance with policies, accreditations (NIP), and professional standards, and foster partnerships with community organizations to grow and sustain high-quality, inclusive programming. Lead program development, training, and cross-functional liaison to maximize program impact and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years professional experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Previous Director experience
- Undergraduate degree required in a related service; Master's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of special recreational programming
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and public speaking abilities
- Must have a valid driver's license and a criminal and motor vehicle record that meets company standards
