Job Summary
Lead and manage all Cage and Count operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Kansas Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements. Develop and manage departmental budgets while overseeing reporting for cash transactions, chip exchanges, and financial variances. Safeguard company assets by maintaining proper bankroll levels, controlling credit instruments, and directing investigations into discrepancies or shortages. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team, ensuring all members maintain current certifications and complete required compliance training. Review and reconcile operational records, inventory equipment, and enforce internal controls to uphold departmental standards. Assist with guest service, resolve disputes, and promote Players Club enrollment while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding financial data. Full-time role requiring evenings, weekends, and holidays; must obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.

- Working knowledge of Title 31 regulations and gaming compliance requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Skill in preparing reports, maintaining records, and responding to correspondence
- Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of Internal Controls and the ability to ensure departmental compliance
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial data, guest information, casino procedures, company policies, and operational activities
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and as business needs require
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License
