Job Summary
Lead high-priority business transformation and strategic initiatives from initial assessment through implementation, evaluating end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps. Serve as a cross-functional problem solver across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT, developing improved processes with clear ownership, accountability, and performance measures. Leverage Infor SyteLine/CSI systems to enhance data integrity, workflow, and decision-making while eliminating manual reconciliations and non-value-added activities. Establish KPIs to quantify financial and operational impact, develop project plans, and manage change to ensure sustained adoption of best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience leading business process improvement, transformation, ERP, operational excellence, or cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to move from identifying an issue to implementing a practical solution
- Hands-on, action-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive initiatives through completion
- Strong project management, communication, and change-management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Infor SyteLine/CSI within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to understand how processes flow across functions including order entry, planning, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, shipping, costing, and financial reporting
