Director of Business Strategy

Cultivate relationships with internal and external business partners while supporting Financial Advisor teams in enhancing client connections through an exceptional service experience. Lead the development and execution of the team's overall business strategy, including preparing for regular meetings, tracking follow-ups, and optimizing practice efficiencies. Assist in developing client service models, reviewing financial plans, and participating in client meetings to represent the service lens. Allocate work among support professionals as needed to drive business practice growth.
