Director of Business Solutions

Lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous advancement of the Bank's business applications, data platforms, integrations, and automation capabilities. Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and effective technology use. Oversee application lifecycle management, key vendor relationships, and enterprise solution delivery while establishing governance standards and architectural controls. Develop roadmaps, technology investment priorities, and mentor software and data engineers to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Evaluate emerging technologies to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness. Report to the Chief Information Officer, driving initiatives that enhance client service, employee productivity, and risk management.
