Job Summary
Director of Business Solutions for Entegra/Sodexo leads strategic sales growth in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Responsibilities include delivering defined sales targets, developing strategic growth plans, building and managing a structured pipeline with Vendor and Distributor Partners (in coordination with Salesforce), identifying opportunities, proposing new service packages, negotiating contracts, and maintaining high client satisfaction and retention. The role emphasizes leadership, relationship building, hunter mentality, cross-functional collaboration, and developing value-based procurement solutions within the food service and facilities management space. Requires university degree or equivalent experience, proven sales success with business clients, group purchasing experience, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to respond to RFPs; experience with multi-unit accounts and numbers-driven analysis is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success in selling value-based solutions to business clients, multi-unit account sales preferred
- Experience in group purchasing and/or experience selling to food service industry, on behalf of a food product distributor or vendor
- Strong communicator - both verbally and in writing
- English is required
- Proficient with numbers, particularly as it relates to sales
- Ability and experience responding to RFP’s
