Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary
Lead the business intelligence function by owning the cloud data architecture and the proprietary Power BI platform to deliver near real-time market and product insights. Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data models using Python, SQL, and advanced Power BI features; apply AI tools to automate workflows and improve accuracy. Serve as the RV market expert, analyze industry trends and macro conditions, and present actionable findings to executives. Drive collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams, conduct training sessions to onboard stakeholders, and align market intelligence with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (employer will accept foreign equivalent degrees)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Power BI including building and maintaining complex dashboards and web platforms
- Minimum 3 years in financial services, banking, or a related data analytics, economics and research environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the RV industry
- Any amount of proficiency in Python and SQL
- Any amount of experience with AI tools and techniques to streamline workflows
- Any amount of experience with data aggregation, visualization, and predictive modeling
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or similar credentials
