Job Summary
Develop and implement the company's data and analytics strategy to drive innovation and competitive advantage across a multi-unit, franchised enterprise. Lead technical initiatives in data management, ELT processes, and end-user reporting while managing stakeholder relationships and balancing multiple project priorities. Build and guide a high-performing BI team, fostering collaboration and open debate to solve critical issues and set ambitious organizational goals. Present strategic direction effectively to diverse audiences and ensure data security compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Requires in-office presence three days per week in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as BI/Analytics Director at a high growth company with a proven track record of high impact
- Track-record of building and leading highly effective BI teams with a customer service and partnering mindset
- Experience building strong stakeholder relationships across departments
- Depth of experience selecting and implementing suitable technology for efficient data loading, governance and reporting capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- The role is located in Dallas, TX
- This role requires the ability to be present in the office at least three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in building at a metrics-driven company (especially Private Equity owned and/or in a franchise model) is ideal
