Job Summary
The Director of Business Intelligence will lead the design, development, and delivery of BI dashboards and reports while providing leadership to a reporting and analytics team. This role involves hands-on development and mentorship, ensuring consistent, high-quality reporting solutions through Power BI, SQL, and data modeling. Responsibilities include building and optimizing data models, integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring report performance and scalability, and troubleshooting data quality issues. The position also focuses on team leadership, enforcing reporting standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to align output with business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

- Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
