Job Summary
Director of Business Development in the Intel & Cyber sector, reporting to the Sector President, responsible for driving growth across government and federal customers, building and leading a high-performing BD/sales team, developing strategy and a robust pipeline, shaping product/technology roadmaps with the voice of the customer, coordinating with capture, proposal, operations, and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role targets expansion into core markets, partners with leadership to achieve sector growth objectives, and requires strong relationship-building with intelligence community organizations and mission stakeholders to win opportunities exceeding $1B in annual orders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience OR Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of related experience OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of related experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
