Job Summary
Lead and grow a 100% remote business-development team focused on enterprise, custom exhibit design-build. Shift the organization from reactive account management to proactive net-new prospecting, coaching the team to qualify high-value opportunities and navigate the complex custom design-build process. Drive a robust sales funnel with HubSpot and Apollo, align with creative and production teams to ensure the client experience matches the award-winning builds, and close large-scale enterprise opportunities in a leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development leadership experience specifically within the custom trade show exhibit industry
- ability to identify, engage, and close large-scale accounts
- experience leading sales teams to hit and exceed KPIs
- familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo is highly preferred
