Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share for battery packs, BMS, and manufacturing solutions serving motive and stationary energy storage markets. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while identifying and closing new business opportunities, retaining and growing existing customer relationships through effective account management. Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to support business growth and strengthen market positioning. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, forecast demand, and evaluate competitive activity, then prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable industry standards while building relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience
- At least 5 years in a customer-facing business development or sales role
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Master's degree
- Experience within the battery manufacturing, battery systems, or energy storage industry
- Strong understanding of battery technologies, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales objectives and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactical sales initiatives
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Experience in Battery manufacturing
- Experience in Battery pack development
- Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Experience in Energy storage systems (ESS)
- Experience in Electrification
- Experience in OEM sales
