Job Summary
Lead and oversee the firm’s business development, marketing, and communications efforts. Partner with practice group leaders to create and execute BD strategies, develop client-focused initiatives, and coach attorneys on relationship-building and networking. Manage PR activities, digital presence, and brand messaging in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. Identify growth opportunities through client, prospect, and market research; measure performance with analytics and CRM data; manage the departmental budget and ensure strong ROI. Travel to firm offices as needed to support meetings, trainings, and events, and drive opportunities across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and collaborate effectively across departments
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel as needed for meetings, training, and firm events, including frequent travel among offices
