Job Summary
Director of Business Development (Leisure) to join Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang & Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang. Implements all sales action plans related to the leisure market, attends major travel functions and advices on updates, drives business development of the overall market segment, hosts FAM trips and hotel inspections, and partners with corporate and wholesale clients while leading sales and marketing efforts for the resort.
Required Qualifications
- College Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management
- 3-5 years working experience
- Experience in managing Government portfolio
- Experience handling corporate and wholesales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bi-lingual in English & Malay
