Job Summary
Director of Post-Acute Business Development drives growth and strategic partnerships across post-acute facilities (skilled nursing facilities, LTACHs, IRFs). Identifies opportunities, cultivates relationships, and executes strategies to increase Adfinitas providers, using CRM (HubSpot) for marketing and program tracking. Serves as liaison between post-acute partners and internal teams to ensure seamless program implementation and high-quality patient care. Analyzes market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to inform growth planning; collaborates with recruiting, credentialing, and Post-Acute operations to align growth with program goals. Develops outreach programs, represents the organization at industry events, and develops marketing materials for client meetings. Key metrics include new programs development, provider recruiting and credentialing, pipeline management, and revenue impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of healthcare business development experience (preferably in post-acute or care transition)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation software – HubSpot and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of the post-acute care continuum and value-based care models
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to drive strategic growth and meet or exceed performance targets
