Job Summary
Director of Post-Acute Business Development responsible for driving growth and strategic partnerships across the post-acute continuum (including skilled nursing facilities, LTACHs, and inpatient rehab facilities). Identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and execute strategies to increase facility utilization of Adfinitas providers. Manage marketing efforts and tracking through Hubspot CRM; serve as the liaison between post-acute partners and internal teams to ensure seamless program implementation and high-quality patient care. Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to inform strategic growth; collaborate with recruiting, credentialing, and Post-Acute operations to align growth with program goals; develop outreach programs; represent the organization at industry conferences and network events; develop marketing materials for meetings with potential clients. Meet quarterly/monthly targets for new program development, provider recruiting, credentialing, pipeline management, and revenue impact; frequent travel; hybrid/remote options may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in a post-acute or care transition setting
- Strong knowledge of the post-acute care continuum and value-based care models
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to drive strategic growth and meet or exceed performance targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation software – Hubspot and PowerPoint
