Job Summary
Manage Humanscale's relationship with Lenovo Sales regarding Point of Sale Products while providing subject matter expertise in positioning, selling, and implementing these offerings. Achieve and exceed sales operating plans and quarterly/annual goals by developing strategic plans to grow current accounts and prospect new targets. Execute sales action plans for major regional accounts, complete activity reports, and maintain the customer contact database. Perform competitive analysis and gather marketing information to inform product development and policies. Effectively collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers, and Customer Service teams to advocate for Point-of-Sale accounts. This role requires overnight travel 50%+ with a minimum of 9-12 client meetings weekly, supplemented by 15-20 online meetings during home-office weeks. Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot CRM is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of successful sales and marketing with similar Point of Sale product offerings inclusive of new business development
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent career experience)
- Ability to arrange travel schedule for overnight travel 50%+
- valid passport
- driver's license
- minimum of 9-12 client meetings per week
- minimum of 15-20 online clients meeting and/or telephone meetings expected during weeks at the home office
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal skills

- Experience presenting proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Previous success negotiating terms and conditions with clients
