Job Summary
Manage hospital, physician, and healthcare accounts to drive census growth and establish partnerships with local providers. Oversee referral and admission management, including review, onsite assessment, and conversion, while facilitating patient transitions with clinical and financial insight. Lead key account development, community outreach events, and brand awareness initiatives across medical offices and the surrounding area. Identify and recruit supporting physicians for clinical programs. Work part-time weekends with competitive wages, health benefits, 401k matching, and paid time off.
