Director of Business Development to own and grow Gridware's commercial presence across the Central U.S. utilities with a heavy technical emphasis; lead full-cycle enterprise sales with multi-stakeholder engagement, pilots, and commercial negotiations; manage defined territory across the Central Region (Upper Midwest to Gulf Coast) including Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, and neighboring states; collaborate with revenue leadership, sales engineering, regulatory affairs, and cross-functional teams; represent Gridware at industry events and develop region-specific messaging; travel 40-50% within the Central Region.
