Job Summary
Director of Business Development role at Lions & Tigers responsible for strategic revenue growth across professional services and consulting offerings. Own full sales lifecycle from prospecting through deal close for enterprise and mid-market clients, shape solution scopes and pricing, and develop strategic partnerships for co-sell and referral opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Fulfillment, Client Experience, Finance, and Executive Leadership to translate market opportunities into scalable, high-impact client solutions. Primarily remote with occasional in-person Seattle-area meetings; 5+ years in professional services sales; experience selling staffing or project-based services to enterprise/mid-market; strong executive presence and communication; CRM proficiency; global/cultural awareness.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional services sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals in a services-based business
- Experience selling staffing solutions or project-based professional services at the enterprise or mid-market level
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging senior leaders across multiple functions
- Strategic and consultative mindset with the ability to link client challenges to service-based solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to CRM and sales enablement tools
- Global and cultural awareness; experience working in diverse, distributed, and inclusive teams
- Ability to meet with clients and partners in person as needed
- Comfortable operating in a remote-first environment
