Job Summary
Director of Business Development responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Leads multi-channel prospecting and ABM efforts, builds target account lists, and collaborates with SMEs to craft value-driven proposals in employee engagement, customer loyalty, and incentive programs. Interfaces with CHROs, CMOs, Sales Directors, and Procurement Heads; conducts discovery to align solutions with corporate objectives; oversees pricing models, ROI projections, and implementation roadmaps; leads complex sales cycles, negotiates contracts, and manages post-sale onboarding and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies
- Clear history of new business development selling professional services
- Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale)
- Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months)
- History of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years
