Job Summary
Lead marketing liaisons across the state by overseeing their training, onboarding, and ongoing development while providing strategic direction. Execute growth initiatives through the creation of strategic marketing plans designed to meet specific referral goals and market expansion targets. Monitor competitors and referral patterns to guide sales efforts, ensuring all outreach aligns with patient needs and strict hospice compliance regulations. Maintain deep knowledge of hospice philosophy and legal requirements while fostering long-term community trust. This role supports the mission of expanding access to compassionate end-of-life care within the Yazoo, Cleveland, and Grenda areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospice and/or home health marketing
- At least 2 years in marketing leadership or management roles
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth
