Job Summary
Direct the planning and implementation of business development for branches in Fort Worth, Cleburn, Hillsboro, and Weatherford, including attainable forecasting and market penetration. Identify opportunities and provide strategic, in-field support to achieve revenue and admission goals. Represent the company in professional contacts to apprise stakeholders of Medicare service availability. Monitor program execution, manage program tenets, and develop relationships to support care teams. This role requires a valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation to safely drive in all weather conditions. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or healthcare management is preferred, along with experience in Medicare home health or hospice operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must have demonstrated related field experience
- Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or healthcare management is preferred
- A licensed professional with extensive field experience may be considered in lieu of direct field experience
- Related experience working with beneficiary qualifications is preferred
- Previous experience with a Medicare home health or hospice is preferred
- Management experience is preferred
