Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new market opportunities, forge partnerships, and drive revenue growth through lead generation and deal closure. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to expand the Total Addressable Market, while managing high-value prospect lists in Salesforce and HubSpot. Cultivate relationships with strategic accounts and industry influencers, representing the company at conferences and hosting networking events to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts with company goals and optimize strategies using CRM analytics. Manage a hybrid presence in the West End Toronto office three days per week, supporting the growth of a bootstrapped Canadian MedTech brand from early launch to market maturity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the SaaS and/or healthcare sector
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- High execution skills, able to take strategy and transform them into results
- Experience in managing high-level client relationships and building long-term business alliances

- Three days per week in-office presence (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) at the West End Toronto office
