Job Summary

Direct the growth engine for a fast-growing digital marketing agency by leading end-to-end sales from prospecting to close, building and coaching a 4-person team of SDRs and developers, conducting outbound calls and in-person/virtual presentations of high-ticket digital marketing solutions, and optimizing the sales process using Salesforce and modern tools to meet aggressive revenue targets and scale new markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Outbound cold calling experience
  • Experience managing SDRs, Business Developers, and Account Executives pipelines
  • Experience training and coaching to maximize team efficiency
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Orum, and other sales enablement tools
  • Strong sales acumen and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets
  • Passion for digital marketing and growth-focused strategies
