Job Summary
Direct the growth engine for a fast-growing digital marketing agency by leading end-to-end sales from prospecting to close, building and coaching a 4-person team of SDRs and developers, conducting outbound calls and in-person/virtual presentations of high-ticket digital marketing solutions, and optimizing the sales process using Salesforce and modern tools to meet aggressive revenue targets and scale new markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
- Outbound cold calling experience
- Experience managing SDRs, Business Developers, and Account Executives pipelines
- Experience training and coaching to maximize team efficiency
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Orum, and other sales enablement tools
- Strong sales acumen and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets
- Passion for digital marketing and growth-focused strategies
