Job Summary
Direct the full-cycle sales function and lead a team of 4 (SDRs, Business Developers, and Senior Business Developers) to drive revenue growth for a cloud-based digital marketing advertising technology platform. Responsibilities include self-sourcing leads, outbound calling, closing opportunities, presenting high-ticket digital marketing solutions both face-to-face and virtually, managing the opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce, maintaining quotas, and contributing to rapid company growth. The role requires heavy outbound prospecting, team management, training and coaching, and the ability to hit revenue targets while leveraging sales tools to optimize pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
- Outbound cold calling experience
- Experience managing SDRs, Business Developers, and Account Executives pipelines
- Experience training; lead & call audits
- Experience selling into small/medium-sized businesses
- Strong sales acumen and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Orum, and other sales enablement tools
- Passion for digital marketing and understanding of how it helps businesses grow
