Job Summary
Directs full sales cycle and leads a team of 4 (SDRs, Business Developers, Senior Business Developers), conducts outbound calls to set high-quality meetings, presents high-ticket digital marketing solutions both in person and virtually, and tracks opportunities using Salesforce. Builds and develops a sales pipeline, follows a structured process to meet quotas, and contributes to rapid growth with SMB clients. Rolls out training and audits to maximize team efficiency, leveraging experience in outbound sales, self-sourcing leads, and consultative selling to drive revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
- Heavy outbound cold calling experience and comfort with self-sourcing leads & closing
- Team Management; experience managing SDRs, Business Developers, and Account Executives pipelines
- Experience training; supplement lead & call audits to maximize team efficiency to hit revenue goals
- Experience selling into small/medium-sized businesses
- Strong sales acumen, accountability, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Orum, and other sales enablement tools
