Director of Business Development

Lead enterprise-wide business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and developing long-term growth strategies across facility management, construction, real estate, and property management divisions. Build executive-level relationships with clients, strategic partners, and public agencies to drive retention and expansion, while overseeing the strategic opportunity pipeline including client onboarding, RFPs, proposals, and CRM forecasting. Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and future growth initiatives. Collaborate closely with executive and division leadership to shape growth strategy, evaluate new opportunities, and ensure successful execution across all business lines. This role is based in Medina, Ohio, requiring 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate development or strategic partnerships.
