Job Summary
Generate new business by selling Zonda's online platform, mobile app, and published research to homebuilders, developers, financial institutions, and redevelopment agencies across North Florida. Develop and execute a territory-wide sales plan, qualifying leads and driving the full cycle from introductory calls to closing deals. Schedule and perform in-person and web demonstrations while recording and maintaining all meeting and pipeline data in Salesforce.com. Travel within the territory and attend industry conventions to close prospects and engage with key decision-makers in the housing and land development sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a related digital/data services business development/outside sales role
- Previousexperience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition
- Experience and desire to manage the entire sales process which includes prospecting, needs analysis, and closing
