Job Summary
Director of Business Development responsible for leading end-to-end SaaS sales in fintech/payments, targeting mid-market and enterprise verticals (healthcare, retail, government/municipalities, travel). Drive hunter-based, outbound prospecting to build and manage a robust pipeline, conduct consultative selling of PCI P2PE validated solutions and PHI/PII products, and independently navigate the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close. Role requires engaging with Legal on complex MSAs and commercial terms, leveraging trade shows and partner events, collaborating with Marketing and internal teams, and enabling cross-selling across product solutions while maintaining Salesforce hygiene and delivering business value to senior-level buyers. Reports to the VP, Business Development and emphasizes independence, pipeline discipline, relationship management, and results orientation in a dynamic fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of SaaS Sales experience, selling security-related products and services as an individual contributor at a Director level or above
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
