Job Summary
Lead end-to-end business development and partnerships to build a high-impact pipeline; represent arrivia as the primary face at industry conferences with regular travel; own the conference calendar from ROI planning and budgeting to booth setup, shipping, and on-site execution; drive results through HubSpot CRM, accurate deal tracking, lead management, and executive-level reporting; balance strategic market development with precise event logistics to enable growth in Travel/Hospitality/Loyalty sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or partnerships
- HubSpot proficiency and comfortable managing pipelines and lead workflows
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for local collaboration and event management
- Strong execution focus with ability to manage end-to-end event logistics
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per month and represent arrivia at industry conferences
