Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or partnerships
  • HubSpot proficiency and comfortable managing pipelines and lead workflows
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for local collaboration and event management
  • Strong execution focus with ability to manage end-to-end event logistics
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per month and represent arrivia at industry conferences
