The Director of Business Development & Recruiting will be responsible for driving growth and connecting employers with a diverse pool of job candidates. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales
- Demonstrated empathy or personal connection to employment barriers

- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms
